The Program Section operates with four sub functions involving the following:
- Direct Programming of leisure activities, aquatics, skating, fitness, crafts, special interest programs, youth programs
- Joint Programming available with community organizations' assistance - bridge, euchre, Seniors' Games
- Special Event Programming involving many community organizations and participants
- Advisory/Facilitator Programming assistance to various community organizations, agencies, and clubs in providing leisure opportunities to citizens of Belleville (providing equipment/facilities, scheduling programs, providing guidance in administering programs) such as hockey, soccer and skating.
