The City of Belleville is pleased to offer the citizens of Belleville the convenience of making various
payments and registrations through online processes.

Through Paymentus - the City of Belleville offers citizens the ability to pay their Property Taxes, Water
Billing Payments and  Accounts Receivable Invoices online.  Each of these payment systems have
specific convenience fees that will be charged during the payment process. Questions regarding Property
Tax Payments should be directed to: paymentustax@city.belleville.on.ca  ,  Accounts Receivable to paymentusar@city.belleville.on.ca and Water Billing Payments to paymentuswater@city.belleville.on.ca 

Parking Fines issued within the City of Belleville can be paid through our online Parking Ticket service.

A link has also been provided as a convenience for citizens and site visitors, to the County of Hastings
for payment of Provincial Traffic Offences. Traffic Offences ticketed by the Ontario Provincial Police and
City of Belleville Police within the County of Hastings (including Belleville) are payable. [NOTE: The City
